A TIMELESS SANCTUARY
ON THE COAST OF THE AEGEAN SEA
Stone, sea and stillness — reimagined as a sanctuary to stay.
Φυσικά. Fysika.
A word with a double meaning in Greek: natural, void of artifice — and "evidently," the obvious hidden in plain sight. Living in harmony with the earth, to the steady rhythm of nature, connected to one another

VILLA
PHYTEVMA
Five en-suite bedrooms. A 17-metre infinity pool that seems to spill into the sea. A yoga shala at first light, a sauna at the end of the day, and a table set for ten under the stars. Phytevma is where Fysika began.
475m² indoor · 469m² outdoor · 5 en-suite bedrooms · 15,000m² land
FYSIKA IS BLOSSOMING
By April 2027, Fysika will welcome up to 38 guests across three villas — each a short walk from the next, each entirely private. Close enough to gather. Far enough to disappear.
SIFNOS ISLAND, CYCLADES
In the middle of the Aegean, on the coast of Sifnos, Fysika takes ground on the hillside of Vathy — overseeing its iconic bay, a short walk from the beach. A 2h30 ferry from Athens or Mykonos, or a 30-minute helicopter ride.
The valley — historically called Gennaria, Greek for “place of birth” — has long sheltered flocks during birthing season, blessed with rare natural springs. Nearby, archaeologists continue excavating what’s believed to be the island’s ancient center.
